STUDIO RULES
1. Be nice, this is probably the most important as no one likes a jack ass and it ruins the vibe.
2. Hire of the studio includes the use of lighting equipment, the various sets, heating and reasonable technical assistance should you require it. Please note that should you require tuition with lighting this will incur an additional cost.
3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the hire fee must be paid at the time of booking. Payment of the booking fee secures your booking and confirms your acceptance to these rules. The balance due is to be paid at or prior to the start of the hire period.
4. Setup and clean up time are included in the hire period. The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition with all equipment and props returned to their original locations. Failing to do so will incur a cleaning charge. Any damage, no matter how minor, must be reported immediately. The hirer is liable for any costs arising from any damage caused, including repair costs, rental of replacement equipment or purchase of replacement equipment.
5. Cancellation - 72 hours notice must be given for any cancellations. Full payment will still be due for any cancellations within 72 hours of the start time of your booking. For cancellations with at least 72 hours notice the booking can be transferred to another reasonable date at the discretion of the studio.
6. Adult material - The photographing of adult material is not permitted at TBG Studio. If you are in any doubt as to what constitutes "adult" please ask before you book.
7. The studio owner reserves the right to refuse a booking or ban anyone from the studio.
8. Please behave appropriately towards the models, this includes, but is not limited to, unwanted sexual remarks or behaviour, no touching the models unless explicit permission has been given. Failure to adhere to this will result in your shoot being terminated and you being ejected from the studio.
